GENERAL PRINCIPLES

Payment methods
1. Cash on delivery method. Payment upon receipt of the order. When the employee of the courier company "BOX EXPRESS COURIER" comes to your place to deliver the parcel, you pay the value of your order in cash.
2. Payment by credit, debit and prepaid cards. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro credit cards issued by any bank. Your transactions in our online store are protected by the highest online security systems in collaboration with Viva Wallet e-Commerce's automatic online payment system". In the (secure) order form, fill in all the necessary fields (card number, expiry date, CCV) .Your card details are not shared outside the bank and are not kept in any file outside the bank.
3. Deposit to a bank account. You can deposit the amount of your purchases to our bank account. Shipping Products
Shipments within Greece are charged with shipping costs of €4.5 per order and up to 2 kg. For every 1 kilo in excess of 2 kilos the charge is €1 per kilo. Cash on delivery is charged with an additional €1. For orders over €60, shipping costs are FREE within Greece. For hard-to-reach areas, the customer is not charged additional shipping charges. The transport charges include VAT.
The courier company we work with is "BOX EXPRESS COURIER". In the event that the area where you live is not served by the "BOX EXPRESS COURIER" network, we are responsible for sending your order to you in an alternative way. In the event the fees may differ from those listed above and will be calculated on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping to Cyprus
Shipments to Cyprus incur shipping costs of €17 up to 2 kilos per order. For orders over €100, shipping is FREE.
For shipments to Cyprus, the cash on delivery service is not supported.
When will we deliver to you?
All orders are dispatched by our company on the next working day from the day you placed your order. The delivery time is calculated in 3 to 5 working days from the next day of your order. Special and force majeure reasons may extend shipping times.
After receiving your order from the "BOX EXPRESS COURIER" courier company, you can be informed about the progress of your parcel, through the special link that will be sent to you by e-mail.
Changes - Product Returns
The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal 14 days after receiving his order and request a refund and not necessarily a new order, without justifying the return.
For changes within Greece, you incur transport costs of €5.5 for the first change and €5 for each subsequent change, while you must use the transport company that we will indicate to you.
Order cancellation

Right of Withdrawal – Refund
If for any reason you wish to return the product you purchased and you are not interested in replacing it with another, you can exercise your right of withdrawal by making a return request (via e-mail, with your name and order number or by phone) . The return must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product with a charge of 5.5 euros for the cost of returning the product.
A basic condition is that the product to be returned must be in the condition you received it, i.e. it has not suffered any wear or damage, and you must use the transport company that we will indicate to you.
